Should have been called Kingfish and Andy! Amos was hardly a main character!
Such brilliant writing and comedic timing! The early to mid-40’s radio shows are so lovable! The troops overseas loved these and gave them so much comfort! I was in my late 40’s when the first radio shows came out in the 1920’s and followed them until it went to TV in the 50’s. They were great, but the mid-40s was the prime beyond words FUN!
