The POTUS has authority in all these matters.

The branches are no all equal in all areas.

These lower courts should be completely ignored.

Trump is giving away his power otherwise.

Mike Johnson and John Thune should immediately bring a bill to the floor limiting the ability of inferior courts to issue nationwide restraining orders or stays. The Supremes are a coequal branch, the inferior courts are under Congressional purview
